I truly enjoyed great breakfast, hotel's marvellous and comfortable location.

It was an excellent hotel, I would stay here again. Came in Berea to relax and have fun, this pet-friendly property was useful base for doing it. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and in general I greatly enjoyed large and quiet room.

It was just an appropriate option for one night in Berea with great value-to-price ratio. The room was large, clean, and quiet, made for a comfortable stay. Be sure to request a quiet room away from traffic for the best experience.

Clean room, but I struggled with getting hot water in the morning.

The staff was friendly, and the recently renovated decor. The common areas were accessible and well-lit for moving around easily.

A few more senior-friendly amenities would be nice.

This place fits me perfectly! Great wi-fi, a helpful 24-hour reception, and a nice indoor pool make my stays comfortable. I still remember how the staff assisted my elderly parents during our first visit. Definitely eat breakfast here, it's fantastic! I'm coming back for a weekend!

Family with kids will enjoy this stop

This place was really nice- the staff was super friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was enormous, they had everything from pancakes to fresh fruit and even gluten free options for my kids, perfect for picky eaters.

It wasn't exactly a bargain but honestly we got what we paid for.

The location was fantastic for our family trip, with everything being clean and well-decorated. The beds were comfortable, and we enjoyed a good breakfast selection. I appreciated the effort made by the staff to provide us with an upper floor room for a peaceful night, though the noise from slamming doors later in the evening was a bit disruptive. A pleasant stay that I would definitely consider again.

I loved the Holiday Inn Express in Berea. The staff stood out for being friendly and cute. They went the extra mile for us, providing larger towels since my husband is a big guy. This. The room was clean and spacious, with a comfortable setup. Breakfast had a good selection, and everything tasted fresh. The staff kept everything immaculate, which I really appreciated. There were a couple of items missing during breakfast when we went down, slightly disappointing. Despite this, I would definitely stay here again.

The room was super comfy with a private bathroom, tv, and a microwave. I appreciated the spacious desk and the refrigerator. The fitness center and indoor swimming pool were great. The breakfast was really nice, with pancakes, oatmeal, and fresh fruit. Definitely enjoyed my time here.

We had an amazing stay! The buffet breakfast was the best, featuring bacon—a rare treat! Plus, we loved the spacious room and the lovely outdoor area for smokers. Would definitely come back!

Had a fantastic group vacation with friends! The hotel was a perfect base for exploring nearby attractions like the Images of Santa and Old Town Fudge Factory. The staff was super accommodating, with a clean breakfast area and delicious options.

My room wasnice and neat with cozy beds. I loved that they provided a good buffet breakfast with real bacon. The location was perfect for accessing restaurants and the interstate.

The staff was polite. the accommodation was wonderful and clean. We appreciated rooms with a king bed. the hotel had a marvelous and comfortable location in the middle of Jackson. Local fast-food option McDonald's was a 5-minute walk away.
